There are no refunds provided if local, state or federal mandates prohibit in person gatherings. Refunds are not provided if vendors are unable to attend. Refunds are not provided in the case of inclement weather. Refunds are not provided if the vendor fails to meet requirements for vending, such as providing current TPT license information or COI.
Vendors are required to have a TPT license.
Booth sharing is allowed, both people must apply and indicate a booth share with the other.

Provide your social media links, and online shop links. We are looking for examples of your work and pictures of your booth set-up.
Vendor spaces in the courtyard require vendors to provide their own 10 x 10 pop up tent with tent weights. This vendor space includes one 6ft table and two chairs. Vendors must use the provided 6ft table.
10 x 10 : $160
Vendor spaces in the main ballroom are indoors and include one 8ft table and two chairs.
In-line 8x10 vendor space: $180
Corner 8 x 10 space: $220
Vendor spaces in the East Tarot Garden require vendors to provide their own 10 x 10 pop up tent with tent weights. This vendor space includes one 6ft table and two chairs.
This pricing is for vendors who are providing services only. If you wish to provide a service and sell merchandise you will need to apply for the $160 booth set up.
Tarot reader 10 x10 space: $100 ( This space is for tarot readers or other service providers, merchandise sales prohibited)
Food Hall vendor spots are one 8ft table located in the front hall of the Glendale Civic Center. Table and chairs are provided for you, table linens are not included. These spots do not allow for any additional tables or fixtures. All food items must be packaged for off-site consumption. No on-site food preparation is allowed. All food items must be packaged or displayed inside enclosed display cases. Vendors must have ingredient lists available for all items for sale. COI must be provided to Witchcrafted/Glendale Civic Center within 15 days of payment.
Food/Beverage 10 x10 space: $100 ( Certificate of insurance is required for food and beverage vendors)
