There are no refunds provided if local, state or federal mandates prohibit in person gatherings. Refunds are not provided if vendors are unable to attend.  Refunds are not provided in the case of inclement weather. Refunds are not provided if the vendor fails to meet requirements for vending, such as providing current TPT license information or COI. 

Vendors are required to have a TPT license if applicable to their business model. 

Vendor spaces in the courtyard require vendors to  provide their own 10 x 10 pop up tent with tent weights. This vendor space includes one 6ft table and two chairs.

Vendor spaces in the main ballroom are indoors and include one 8ft table and two chairs.

In-line  8x10  space:  $230

Vendor spaces in the East Tarot Garden require vendors to  provide their own 10 x 10 pop up tent with tent weights. This vendor space includes one 6ft table and two chairs.  

Tarot reader/service provider:  10 x10 space: $150 

If you wish to provide a service AND sell products you will be charged the standard vendor of $210 if accepted. 

All food items must be packaged for off-site consumption.  All food items must be packaged or displayed inside enclosed display cases. Vendors must have ingredient lists available for all items for sale. COI must be provided to Witchcrafted/Glendale Civic Center within 15 days of payment. 

Food/Beverage  Front Hall 8ft table: $150. Food Hall vendor spots are one 8ft table  located in the front hall of the Glendale Civic Center. Table and chairs are provided for you, table linens are not included. These spots do not allow for any additional tables or fixtures.

Please contact us for information regarding booking food trucks or booking your business that prepares food onsite. 

• This is a free application. We do not send out rejection emails in order to keep our administration costs down.  Only vendors who have been selected will be contacted. We know this can be frustrating, but we receive hundreds of applications and want to keep the application cost free to all who apply. 
• Booth shares are allowed. Both partied must coordinate their applications, meaning both parties must indicate that they want a booth share with each other when they apply. We can spilt the invoice.  
• We curate our vendors by category in order to avoid a heavy mix of one type of vendor. These categories include fiber arts, heritage crafts, jewelry, ceramics, prints and stickers, baked goods, teas and pantry goods, and ritual supplies.
• If you don't get selected for the current market, feel free to try again for the next market. It is a free application.  
• We do not accept MLMs, AI, or 3D printed dragons. We do not accept copyright protected character fan art, or bootleg copies of tarot decks. We do not allow human remains or bat taxidermy of any kind. 
• We are looking for handmade goods, and makers that have a strong focus on one kind of product. Makers who offer many things, such as crochet, soap, stickers and jewelry all on the same table will have a harder time in the jury process. 
• Be sure to include photos of your booth if you do not have photos on your social media/website.
